On March 9, 2020 Jim Priest became President and CEO of G oodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma, a 32 million dollar nonprofit with a staff of over 700. Two weeks later the Covid Crisis and government direc tives resulted in the shutdown of Goodwill's 25 retail stores and 20 attend ed donation centers resulting in an 85% reduction in revenue and the furlou ghing of 90% of Goodwill's staff. Jim will share insights from his crucibl e experience and offer suggestions for maintaining ethical leadership in tu rbulent times.

Jim Priest is a husband, dad, ordained minister, and President and CEO of Goodwill Industri es of Central Oklahoma.
Jim has regularly appeared on televisio n and before groups speaking and writing about employment law, workplace is sues, ethics, marriage and family issues. For over twenty years Jim has bee n a weekly columnist for the Oklahoman writing a column called "Family Talk " that addresses issues relating to marriage, parenting and families. He ha s also served as a columnist for the Journal Record newspaper writing colum ns on business ethics.
Jim is the husband of one wife: Diane, th e father of two children: Amanda and Spencer, and is owned by one dog named Jeter. He is also an elite level grandfather of his namesake grandson, Jam es.
