Program Description:

Robert Curbeam has had experiences most people can only dream of - flying space shuttle missions, completing space walks, and soaring through the sky in U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons.  Now, Curbeam now uses the foundations of his U.S. Navy and NASA training and experience to inform his decisions in the corporate world. Join us to hear his incredible journey from Baltimore, Maryland to outer space and back, as well as the lessons in ethics he’s learned along the way.

Key Takeaways:

  • The importance of honesty and how it affects others.
  • Sharing information with transparency and accuracy with the belief that you are a vital source of data to your organization.
  • How leaders who support ethical behavior can reinforce that same behavior within employees.
